So after my previous failed attempt at running everyday and increasing my endurance , i swore of running for like a 2 days then started up again this time going at my own pace and stopping when i got tired. I was able to do that for a week which I am really excited about. I have since stopped because its getting way to damn hot here ad i joined the Y and have been getting my cardio there. Here’s to hoping i stick with it
